Role of the Club Welfare Officer​

The Club Welfare Officer is responsible for:

  • Promoting safeguarding awareness across the club.
  • Supporting coaches, players, and parents in welfare matters.
  • Responding to any concerns or disclosures.
  • Liaising with the County FA Welfare Officer and The FA Safeguarding Team.
  • Ensuring that safeguarding procedures are followed consistently.
