Emergency Procedures
Purpose
To ensure safe and efficient evacuation or emergency response at Hanworth Villa FC events.
Scope
Applies to all club sessions, matches, and events.
Responsibilities
- Safety Officer: Ensure emergency plans are in place for each venue.
- Team Managers: Communicate emergency procedures to players and parents.
Procedures
- Familiarise yourself with exit routes and assembly points at each venue.
- In an emergency, stop activities immediately and evacuate calmly.
- Call emergency services if necessary.
- Account for all players and volunteers at the assembly point.
Records
- Emergency plan available on site.
- Record any emergency incidents.
Review
- Emergency plans reviewed annually or after an incident.
