Emergency Procedures

Purpose

To ensure safe and efficient evacuation or emergency response at Hanworth Villa FC events.

Scope

Applies to all club sessions, matches, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Safety Officer: Ensure emergency plans are in place for each venue.
  • Team Managers: Communicate emergency procedures to players and parents.

Procedures

  1. Familiarise yourself with exit routes and assembly points at each venue.
  2. In an emergency, stop activities immediately and evacuate calmly.
  3. Call emergency services if necessary.
  4. Account for all players and volunteers at the assembly point.

Records

  • Emergency plan available on site.
  • Record any emergency incidents.

Review

  • Emergency plans reviewed annually or after an incident.
