To ensure all club volunteers and staff are aware of basic health and safety requirements.

Scope​

Covers all club staff, coaches, and volunteers.

Responsibilities​

  • Safety Officer: Arrange health and safety briefings.
  • Team Managers: Reinforce safety procedures with teams.

Procedures​

  1. Deliver a basic safety induction for new volunteers and coaches.
  2. Provide access to club health and safety policy and arrangements.
  3. Update training after any major policy changes.

Records​

  • Training attendance logged.

Review​

  • Induction reviewed annually and updated if needed.
